Hotel Booking Info:
Make your hotel reservation. You may make your reservation online or by calling the hotel at their toll-free number: (877) 623-6697. Be sure to say you’re with the 2026 ScrivCon Writing Conference when making your reservation. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or an advance deposit for the first night’s lodging.
To make your reservation online, click on this direct link to reserve your room, or go to www.hotelhotsprings.org then click “Book a Room.” On the next screen, scroll down until you see a box that says “Group Code.” Click the “Book Now” link and look for the link to enter a Group Code. Our Group Code is WRITE26.
Group Rates per night (plus tax): $114/single occupancy plus $10/night for each additional person, up to four. All rates include a free breakfast buffet every morning between 6:30-9:30 am.
Cut-off Date is August 16, 2026. Reservations made after that date will be given the best available rate, but the conference group rate will no longer be guaranteed.
Check-in/Check-out times: Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Room assignment prior to that time is on an availability basis. Check-out time is 12:00 pm.
Payment: Individuals will be responsible for payment of their own room, tax, and incidental charges. The Hotel Hot Springs accepts the following credit cards: VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
